Working with a team of five doctors, four registered nurses and several administrators, Busi is the highly regarded Practice Manager of an accredited general practice in Western Australia.
Busi has fastidiously developed, led, and supported her team to shape and maintain a positive productive organisational culture in their practice for the past 13 years.
During this time, the practice became accredited with West Australian General Practice Education and Training (WAGPET) to contribute to training GP’s of the future, and in 2017 placed its first GP register.
Based on solid systems and processes, Busi ensures that patients are given personalised service that values individual’s needs to ensure quality and successful outcomes to patient experience.
Busi is known for her unwavering diligence, compassion and ability to build lasting relationships with both staff and patients.
Beyond her role as Practice Manager, Busi is a passionate advocate for mental health. Busi was recently chosen to speak at ‘Stepping Out of the Shadows’, a mental health awareness initiative by Lifeline. Busi is a loving mother of four.
